Volt Tech Electrical Contracting has been in business since 2020. We have over 25 years of experience in the electrical field.
We are a small, locally-owned business providing all aspects of electrical contracting from high voltage distribution services to industrial and domestic services for customers in their businesses and homes.

  • High Voltage Services

    • Extensive experience in construction and commissioning of new substations and the upgrading of existing substations for asset owners

    • Maintenance work on high voltage networks and equipment to ensure it is fully operational and safe

    • Test and inspect switch-gear, transformers and cables for performance, reliability and compliance with electrical safety standards

    • Undertake high voltage equipment and protection and relay testing during the final phase of new projects or during maintenance

    • Specialize in electrical projects such as the installation of power cables, switchboard replacements, installation of cable trays and maintenance of earth mats. We manage & maintain clients 6.6kV, 11kV and 33kV Network & Equipment

    • Comprehensive experience in operating high voltage switchgear

  • Low Voltage Services

    • Maintenance, repairs and alterations

    • Plug point installation, repair and replacement

    • Lighting fixture installations ranging from LED strip lights, down lights, security lights, workshop lights and any other lighting you may require

    • Appliance testing and test tagging

    • Spa pools

    • Rewiring of existing installations

    • Fans and ventilation

    • New buildings and renovations

    • New distribution boards

    • Builders temporary supply

    • Power to commercial/industrial sites and sub-divisions

    • Change supplies from over head to underground

    • Registered electrical inspections and certificates of compliance

    • Overhead power line covers (Tiger Tails)
